• Cannot Register
  
  
  If you are having problems registering:
  
  Ensure you are using an email that has not been used to register before.
  Delete all COOKIES stored by your web browser.


• Cannot Login
  
  
  If you are having problems logging in:
  
  Please use the forgotten password option to get a new password.
  Delete all COOKIES stored by your web browser.
  


• Cannot add a picture
  
  
  Check that the picture you are trying to upload is in JPEG format.
  
  GIF format pictures are not compatible.
  


• Unwanted emails
  
  
  If you are getting annoying emails from anyone, please report it to the administrator


• How can i upgrade my account
  
  
  We do not provide other features at this time, because this website is free and we would like all members to be offered the same set of features.


• Cannot see my pictures
  
  
  Pictures that are stored in the private folder cannot be viewed by other members. Ensure your picture is stored in the public folder.
